Terms of use

The service

Postati produces marketing content for your business’s Instagram account: Arabic designs and captions built from your brand identity and the occasions observed in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, which we can also schedule and publish on your behalf once you have approved them.

Your account and the free trial

• You agree to provide accurate information, and you are responsible for protecting access to your account.
• The free trial is one per verified account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra trials breaches these terms, and we may suspend accounts that do so.
• You must be authorised to represent the business you are creating content for.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are paid in advance through the payment gateway (KNET / mada) and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices and plan limits are shown in the platform before payment is completed, and any change to them does not apply to a term already running.

You can cancel renewal at any time, and your service continues to the end of the paid term. Amounts paid for a term in which the service was used are not refundable, unless the law provides otherwise or the failure was ours.

Ownership of the content

The content the platform creates for you is yours. You may use, publish and modify it commercially without restriction from us. Your brand, logo and the text you supply remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service and create your content.

The platform itself — its interface, its systems and its methods — remains ours, and may not be copied or resold.

Your responsibility for what is published

The content is generated automatically, and you are the one who approves it before it goes out. Review the captions and designs before approving — particularly prices, offers and claims about your products, and the regulatory obligations that apply in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia (advertising and licensing requirements, for example).

We apply editorial controls around religious and national occasions: we do not tie commercial offers to religious occasions, and we suspend promotional content during periods of mourning. These controls are our responsibility and cannot be switched off — but they do not relieve you of reviewing what is published in your name.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for:

• Content that breaks the law, misleads, or impersonates another party.
• Content that offends religions or national symbols, or incites hatred or discrimination.
• Promoting products or services that are legally prohibited in the country of operation.
• Attempts to disrupt the platform or to exceed your plan’s limits by technical means.

Limits of the service

• The platform currently works with Instagram only, and auto-publishing requires a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts cannot be published to automatically; you can still download the designs and post them yourself.
• Auto-publishing depends on Meta’s API and may be affected by its outages or policy changes, which are outside our control.
• Content quality depends on the accuracy of what you tell us about your brand. We do not guarantee particular marketing outcomes (sales, followers, engagement).
• The number of posts and regenerations is governed by the limits of your plan as published in the platform.

Suspension of service

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, telling you why wherever possible. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our liability in all cases is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
